British Association of Psychotherapy

The British Association of Psychotherapists (BAP) specialises in individual psychoanalytic psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and children and is one of the foremost psychoanalytic psychotherapy training organisations in the country. The BAP, founded in 1951, is the longest established psychoanalytic psychotherapy association in Britain and, with over 500 members nationwide, is one of the largest. The Association uniquely brings together psychotherapists with different theoretical traditions, offering intensive clinical work and professional trainings in both Jungian Analytic and Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy for both Adults and Children and Adolescents.
