THE UNIVERSITY OF THE THIRD AGE
The U3A is a self-help learning organisation for the active retired. It is made up of independent groups run by their members. Members are normally retired or semi-retired from paid employment, and wish to use their skills and experience to pass on to others, or try some new hobbies for themselves. Everyone who is on the committee, runs one of the groups or helps at monthly meetings are volunteers. Getting involved is a great way to make new friends and to know what is happening within the group.

Monthly Meetings - Third Thursday every month at St John's Church Hall, doors open 1:30pm for 2:00pm.
