Life Management Skills can help you to manage or overcome feelings of stress, low self confidence, phobias and poor sleep and much more through a practical method. We work with people of all ages.

Cost

This is a fee paying service but you will receive a free initial consultation with one of our experienced assessment team,

The costs for this service are:

Individual Counselling: £40 for a 50 minute session

Life Management Skills: £40 for initial 90 minute session and £20 thereafter for each 30 minute session

Couples Counselling: £50 for a 80 minute session

Specialist Sessions that needs 80 minutes £50 for an 80 minute sessions

Family Therapy: £80 for an 80 minute session with 2 therapists

To make an appointment: Your GP can refer you for NHS services and you can contact charity sector services direct.  Read our factsheet ‘Finding a Therapist or Counsellor’ for info on private practitioners. Some services specialise by offering counselling, for example, to Asian women or couples. 
Charges: NHS services are free, some charities ask for a donation or have a sliding scale of fees and private counselling/therapy typically costs between £25-50.
