The group is for carers of people who receive a service from South Uttlesford Adult Community Mental Health Team (service users 18-65). We do work with slightly older service users if they have been receiving a long term service.
The group meets monthly at the Youth Centre in North Street ,Dunmow.
We usually have a speaker at the group and also provide tea/coffee and support.There is a newsletter available and contact details are
