Victoria, Caron and our team of Caregivers at Home Instead Senior Care in Epping are passionate about providing care to our clients which not only improves the quality of their life but those of their families too. Each and every one of our clients has a care plan tailored specifically to their own needs. Whether it’s a trip to the park for some fresh air, a visit to the hairdressers; some help around the house or assistance with shopping; right through to medication reminders and post-operative support or respite care we are here to help. We believe that care can’t be delivered in a short, rushed visit so our care calls are of a minimum (1 hour) duration. What’s more, we take time to carefully match our caregivers to clients so that they share common areas of interest and can form an immediate bond. We only employ the most caring, considerate and empathetic caregivers – people to whom making a difference to the lives of others is important. It is for this reason that we enjoy long-lasting relationships with our clients, helping them with a wide range of services.
