The helpline supports parents who are experiencing specific difficulties, problems, worries or other issues during pregnancy, birth and early parenthood, by putting them in touch with someone who personally understands.
All calls are manned by volunteers who have gone through a similar experience and are able to offer understanding and a listening ear.
