The personal alarm system is not just a panic button for a fall or accident but can also be used as an attack alarm in case of an intruder as our friendly, helpful operators are on hand day or night.
The Emergency Response Centre will respond via a 2-way speech link on the base unit which sits next to your phone.
You will be able to speak directly to one of our operators and tell them what the problem is.
If you are unable to speak the operator will start contacting your emergency keyholders.
