Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment Team

Service offered: services provided to people who are in crisis because of their mental health. The team acts as a gateway into hospital and can help facilitate an early discharge by providing additional support to people in their own homes.

Who the service is for: adults aged 17-65 living in the Epping Forest, Harlow and Uttlesford areas.

How to access the service: referrals from community mental health teams, A&E departments and self-referrals to a dedicated telephone number to contact in emergencies.

The community teams can visit clients between the hours of 9am-5pm. From 6pm-2.30am there is Trustline support over the telephone. It's a free call number.
