When moving home you will need to cancel your existing arrangements with your gas and electricity supplier and decide who you want for your new home.
Before you move tell your electricity and gas supplier at least 48 hours in sdvancethat you are moving.the supplier will arrange for your meters to be read and your final bill to be worked out.
If you want to change supplier at your new property you will generally need to give 28 days notice or you will carry on with the previous supplier.
