The Support Time and Recovery Service is delivered in partnership with the Healthy Minds Service, run by Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust in West Essex. Together we use our expertise to offer a wide range of talking treatments (sometimes called 'psychological therapies') to help people with a variety of different mental health problems.
The aim of the service is to help people to be able to access their talking treatment and support them towards achieving better mental health and wellbeing. Also, to help people gain or remain in employment and to enjoy daily life.
We work in line with NICE Guidelines in a model of care that treats mental health problems and teaches people skills in order to recover and/or improve their day-to-day life.
