Facilities
The Loughton Wellbeing & Activity Centre is a fully accessible single level building. There are various rooms available for our customers to use, including a large lounge, an art room, computer room, dining room with a kitchen, two bathrooms with changing facilities (hoists and changing beds) and a training room for internal Essex Cares training.
Cost
Prices for sessions vary depending on the level of support required for each individual.
We can offer morning and afternoon sessions, as well as full days.

Activities at the centre include:
- Drama
- Music
- Art
- Physio
- Communication group
- Games
- Community visits
- Gardening
- Community visits (use of trains buses to get to venues)
- We also offer the opportunity for people to work within a kitchen environment
Community based activities:
- Pub lunch groups
- Golf group
- Library
- Various college activities
