This is a voluntary scheme for anyone living at home,who might be reassured to know that essential information would be readily available to the Emergency Services should they suffer an accident or sudden illness.The scheme ensures that vital information is available to identify you aswell as to advise of relevant illnesses,allergies,medication and contact addresses.
You are issued with a bottle which is holds the information and is to be placed in your fridge, aswell as two stickers-one to be placed visably on your front door and the other on your fridge.
The bottles can be accessed from your local POP bus aswell as local Age UK organisations or by contacting First Contact on 0845 600 1090.
