Care and Support Services
Family Mosaic's Care and Supported Housing team supports vulnerable adults to live in the community and integrate into society.
We specialise in a number of support services:
- learning disabilities,
- mental health,
- young people leaving care,
- former rough sleepers,
- drug and alcohol misuse,
- acquired brain injuries.
We have supported accommodation with support for adults with mental health problems in Harlow and Colchester. We work with a specialist provider in Harlow and directly provide the support to the schemes in Colchester.
