Fathers Reaching Out is a support group for men dealing with postnatal depression (PND) in the family.
While the partner is getting treated, the man / carer needs the support as he often has the burden of the money worries, children, newborn baby, partner and isolation as people tend not to talk about depression and mental health.
We are here to give you the support and information which is needed and they have the experience of going through this illness themselves.
