PACE offers a range of tailored service for your mental wellbeing. All of our services are facilitiated by staff or volunteers who identify as LGBT. The majority of services are free to access, although their is a charge for some of counselling support for adults.
The services that we offer include:
Individual counselling
PACE has a Fee Paying Counselling Service which is avaliable to anyone who identifies as LGBT or is questioning their sexuality. Low cost counselling services are available for residents of City and Hackney.
Couples counselling
Support for couples that identify as LGBT or when one member of the couple identifies as LGBT
Relationship coaching
A new service offering workshops to couples and singles to learn techniques for building a solid foundation to their current or future potential relationship
Youth counselling
Free counselling support for young people who are 19 years old and under
Youth Group
Project Indigo runs on a Thursday evening.
Domestic Abuse counselling
PACE now has a dedicated Domestic Abuse Counsellor who can offer up to 12 sessions of individual counselling.

- Support for men who identify has HIV positive
- Groups for men who would like to change their sexual behaviour
- Discussion groups for gay/ bisexual men in the 20's
- Gay/bisexual black mens group
Interact
There will soon be a number of ways in which you can interact with PACE services. We currently have an online LGBT community that interacts on our message boards and we will soon be launching group and 1-1 chat. PACE has now launched their national online survey into LGBT mental health as part of the RaRE study. By completing this you will be contributing information to an important national research project which aims to improve provision of support to the LGBT community.
PACE is also developing an online HIV prevention tool which will incorporate modules to educate and encouraged changes in sexual behaviour. Service users will be able to access this by the summer of 2013.
PACE Youth
PACE offer a range of provision for young people. There are two regularly meeting youth groups:
Youth Counselling
When things are difficult or you find yourself worrying more than usual, it can be very helpful to talk to someone who is trained to listen. Counselling can be used by everyone to keep emotionally healthy. PACE offer free and confidential counselling for young people under the age of 19.
Project Indigo
Project Indigo is a safe space for young people who identify as LGBTQ or questioning their sexual or gender identity. The service is free and meets in Hackney on a Thursday evening.
Young Ambassadors
PACE are currently recruiting Youth Ambassadors who are between 14 and 18 years old and either identify as LGBT or as questioning their gender or sexuality to aid and advise PACE on its direction.
