Mid and North East Essex Mind – Free Counselling

Counselling is there to help you deal with issues that are causing you emotional pain or distress. It is a one to one talking therapy and provides a safe and regular space for you to talk and explore your feelings with one of our qualified counsellors. Each session lasts 50 minutes and on average people have 6 to 10 sessions over 8 to 12 weeks. This is a free service for anyone living in north east Essex.
