The NEC offers distance-learning courses covering basic skills, GCSEs and A levels, and a wide range of professional and vocational qualifications and leisure courses.The Equal Access o Open Learning Project enables people with disabilities and caring responsibilities to access diestance learning courses with NEC. The projects gives pre-enrolment advice, financial support for students.
