Online registration of your own home is required.
Then you can search for available homes by postcode, location, type of home, number of bedrooms and rent.
Then contact your landlord, to check details and conditions.
For more than 2/3rds of social tenants HomeSwapper is free thanks to your partnering landlord. If your landlord doesn't partner, don't worry, you can still swap for a small fee which will cost just 11p per day!
