Medication Review Second Opinion Clinic

The clinic provides an indepth mental state examination and history, a review of drug history, an assessment of side effects of current medication and any change in medication, and an individual plan for further treatment. We take referrals from GPs, consultants, and other mental health professionals. We then provide an assessment and the report is sent back to the referrer. We provide a second opinion on diagnosis as well as treatment.
